Leadership

As Managing Director, I am responsible for the entire application landscapes in a large trading and production group. With over 200 inhouse consultants with technical and process technology expertise, we look after the application systems of the Group, which follow very different approaches due to historical developments. Thus, I am very familiar with the resulting difficulties in the integration of heterogeneous infrastructure and application landscapes. As a charismatic and strong leader, I have learned over many years to lead employees on an equal footing in a motivating way and to accompany them on the path of constant change. For me, the employee is very important as a person.


Stakeholder Management

My communication skills help with the involvement of business area managers and the creation of company-wide standards that are applied in all application landscapes on the basis of uniform QA specifications. My ability to think analytically and the strong network up to the board help here.


Processes, standardization, innovation

  • Over the many years, I have been able to build up strong, in-depth system knowledge in international SAP and non-SAP application worlds as well as interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of integration technologies. Although my areas and responsibilities have grown over the years, I have been able to continue to expand my relationship with technology and process knowledge. My skills of quick comprehension and my hands-on mentality help here. My constant urge to improve and increase efficiency supports the initiatives to standardize the system landscapes. The focus is always on the efficiency, effectiveness and security of the data. Due to my many years of work in a Retail company, standardization, standardization and cost transparency are daily constants that I deal with.
  • In recent years, new fields of innovation such as cloud transformation and artificial intelligence have been added.
  • This knowledge rounds off my know-how in the field of modern application systems and IT infrastructures.
