• Swoffice is a swiss company wich offers software solutions for financial institutions. The clients include companies in Switzerland, Germany and Lichtenstein. The complete development is located in Belgrade.
• The Belgrade team also started development of a completely new modern CRM solution
• The technologies used include Java REST backend, (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Elasticsearch?) and in the frontend is new Angular 2+ (Typescript, Sass, Webpack...)
• Project management was also a big aspect, which involved management of the team and also direct communication (on sight too) with the clients in Switzerland and Germany

Tasks:

• Lead developer of a new created Belgrade based development team. After an intensive training in the headquarters of Grawe in Graz (one of the biggest insurance companies in Austria and East Europe) I was working on the development of a new version of the company?s multinational insurance software which covers their complete business
• My Job was also to train and lead a team of 3-5 junior and intermediate developers, create tasks for them and review their code. Our team in Belgrade created the complete module for Fund based life insurance (Fondsgebundene Lebensversicherung)
• The application was written in Java, frontend was Struts 2 and JSF2 (Primefaces). Communication with the old application was done with SOAP services
