Tasks:- Remote collaboration on user and training documentation for the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of a military base. The stakeholder-manufacturers of the components came from different countries.
- I delivered 7 User Manuals, 1 Training Manual, and Training Presentations, totaling 3000 pages. All documents were thoroughly reviewed by the NATO team in several cycles before final acceptance
- The clients were very satisfied with our collaboration
- Result: 6 Operation and Maintenance Manuals about a Setup of a Military Base, 1 Training Manual, Training Presentation slides (3000 pages of highly technical content, approved by NATO)

Tasks:- Many complex telecommunication projects ? I usually installed by virtual environment and tested complex network management applications in order to write User Manuals on the system administrator or technical support level. Based on Functional Specifications and Design Documents I usually installed the system myself and made targeted and recorded interviews as a basis for my writing. As mentioned on several occasions about 70 % of technical writing consists of research and gathering information (similar to research journalist), therefore it requires apart from analytical also good personal skills and assertiveness.
- Result: Approximately 60 User Manuals, Reference Manuals, Installation Guides, Troubleshooting Manuals about the complex telecommunications software and hardware equipment (in the total volume of 8000 pages)
