- Developed Nordic sales administration in standardization of sales process and order handling in SAP R3. Drastically reduces Price and delivery error by central manage master data and by implementing new approval process for price changes
- In leading role for total of four larger business system migration for SAP R3/S4 this including M&A and carve out of business division. Deep insight in sales, supply chain, finance, and business intelligence
- Leading role facilitating the transformation of Panasonic Nordic operations, unifying Sweden, Norway, and Denmark into one company. New Supply Chain Management, Central finance, P&L and AP & AR
