Tasks:

• Created the design department for the Customer after bringing the design work in-house
• Took ownership for all mobile and web platforms, created a design system, wrote design documentation, contributed to the knowledge base, and improved design & development processes
• Actions resulted in smooth onboarding of new hires, effective internal communication, a more collaborative environment, faster design iterations and implementations. Achieved 100% consistency across all platforms.

• Led the design efforts to create, a unique design language, a matching brand identity and a mobile product
• Conducted competitive research, understanding the customer base through research
• Reached 250,000 users shortly after the launch, a 4,6 rating (from over 1000 user feedback) was featured multiple times by Apple curators and achieved a position in the top 10 under the categories of "Most Popular (Free)" and "Health & Fitness."
