Delivered e-prescription product on time and budget

As the Lead Product Owner eRX I coordinated several product teams. We achieved our goal of making Shop Apotheke electronic prescription ready in time, in budget, with the full agreed upon scope and the best eRX experience in the market.

Kick-started new Berlin office during pandemic

Being the first sign in the new development location for Shop Apotheke in Berlin I built and lead two new teams as Product Owner. Due to the everybody

Successfully migrated from monolith to service architecture - twice

I helped Audi and Shop Apotheke to migrate to a micro service architecture, including data migration - successfully!

Rolled out Audi Website to China and USA

With my team at Büro am Draht we rolled out the new Audiwebsite to many markets including key markets China, USA and UK. Worked closely with the colleagues abroad to fulfill their country specific requirements.

Reaching over 5 million app downloads

As Marketing Director I coordinated the launch of a new music app reaching 5 million downloads in the first month which exeeded all expectations by far.

Launched and rolled out Audi mobile website

Being responsible for the content strategy and roll out of m.audi.de (deprecated ?) I helped making this mobile website an instant success.
