  • Carried out Business Analysis and developed the Entry Level Recruiting Database, implemented for the DCIS (2007). The database was developed and implemented to manage all details pertaining to Entry Level Recruits applying for Vacancies in the NTG. Details and functionality include:
    • Vacancy details, including essential and desirable skills/work experience
    • Applicant details, including personal, contact and equal opportunity details
    • Application details, including qualifications and work experience, references with referee details, skills and skills rating details, preferred position details, assessment details (LLN, communication skills etc.), placement details, test results and referrals
    • Extensive reporting function

  • Carried out Business Analysis and developed a Financial Modeling System, implemented for the Financial Services Division (Department of Employment, Education & Training) facilitating budgeting of Salaries expenses for the whole Department, including full financial modeling capabilities (?What If? scenarios) and extensive Reporting facilities (.Net platform).

  • Authored a system environments development guide for project managers and project teams. Its purpose is to provide guidance on how to effectively plan, cost, design and implement technical environments to support the systems development lifecycle for a project.
  • Developed and authored a discussion and options paper for an organsiation?s financial system, in particular the electronic invoicing management system. The system is used by approximately 2600 employees to process invoices, credit notes and payment requests. Features included electronic matching and automated payment of purchase orders, full audit trail showing progress of an invoice and payment with complete document history.

  • Carried out Business Analysis of requirements and developed the Functional Specification documents for the MyPaysheet Casuals System, for the Department of Business and Employment (DBE). The objectives of the project was to provide an automated solution to streamline the payment for claims of salary, overtime, penalties and allowances for approximately 3600 casual employees. Undertakings also included:

    • Developed detailed functional specification document
    • Developed presentations to stake holders for review and feedback
    • Gained extensive knowledge of PIPS (Personnel Information and Payroll System) in order to facilitate and document integration with MyPaysheet
