Took over Service Delivery Management in a RfP for the construct Bridgehead / Nearshore of a long term IT Development

program based on Agile / DevOps and furthermore AIOps. Establish strategic business development plans to enable

the achievement of full business potential. Contributed for setup of a AI strategy dedicated to region and industry line.

Usage of the company-developed AIOps tool (U.S. patent 2020).

Prepare and facilitate sales mandates, while planning and spearheading programme for IT Cockpits. Deliver exceptional

assistance in performing release management and E2E-project / process management for test case and data 

automation. Create and provide test data for product and client on boarding within FIDLEG, SFTR, and MiFID. Oversee

and streamline maintenance and retrieval process within master data.

• Built and strengthened relationship with prospect client related to another role as senior delivery manager and

escalation manager.

• Acted as lead for PoC in a new topic: Containerization of applications with OpenShift into a new cloud

platform of a large swiss bank.

• Spearheaded project, front-to-back digitalisation tax (Voucher, Reclaim, Relief at Source, CTR, KEST, etc.) via

Roboter as well as digitalisation tools.

• Led project, while acting as part of steering committee of a core banking migration (Avaloq) of a large private bank

(general issue management / dispatching for all streams); transformed whole bunch of risk management reporting

into new banking software environment with its processes.

• Developed an exclusive relationship with a new partner company in terms of consulting for a financial advice

Devised and executed test management plans for workplace rollout (from service supplier portfolio to client desk).

Initiated and completed tests across various product and service suppliers to enable continuous improvements. Offered

strategic focus on creating test factories and (virtual) branches and Windows10. Established a test management for

rollout across other 10 pillar disciplines (Mobile, Rollout, UX, Infrastructure, etc.) and various parties/external suppliers.

• Designed an overall test concept and define methodology and strengthened relationship with core stakeholders.

Delivered client/account Services for various Banks with an aim of establishing and retaining key accounts. Designed

and implemented test frameworks and test tool landscape, while leading six employees. Acted as test master of virtual

domain based environment for internet banking next generation and front suite. Guided and assisted regarding

development of SaaS, IaaS, and SAFe. Developed and implemented quality management system to increase process

quality; contributed to further development of future Finnova core system. Formulated a framework for testing and

development of core banking suite, while assisting CI/CD discipline development process in terms of Paas, SaaS, and

IaaS (DevOps).

Managed 6 - 10 employees, while formulating and executing test strategy across business. Uncovered and mitigated

potential risks. Administered service delivery of test management to operations, and controlled seven client-related

banks. Implemented repeatable system, as well as performed maintenance of central business test case collection.

Educated regarding dedicated business topics such as FATCA, MiFID, QI, KYC, Witholding tax, trading and finance.

Oversaw the execution of Avaloq Release 3.7.

manager. Oversaw complete design phase of Suisse and German specification and analysed developed business and
