Solution Architect and Consultant for Global Customer Data Management Platform for China.

• Identify and document the current Chinese Architecture and analyse compliance with BMW strategy, standards and policies.
• Identify the EMEA Architecture developments and enhancements of the platform. Support and introduce architecture enhancements to comply with the Chinese requirements and BMW Group standards and policies. Define the future state Architecture (Physical, Logical, Execution).
• Assist business and technical stakeholders to identify requirements, obtain approval for solutions and deliver the enhancements. Collaborate with the 3 party suppliers.
• Evaluate the suitability of the current technical architecture and performance tests to comply with the future demands. Forecast future system resources. Support and monitor the data migration process.   

Architect a Core Accounting Platform to expose core accounting functionality to core banking users.

• Perform solution architecture consulting. Create an intermediate architecture for phase 1 of the program based on the current architecture and the state target architecture to replace the core accounting system (transactions, credits, debits, reconciliations) and the database. Compile the SAD, high-level design and Service Governance documents.
• Validate Requirements, advise the Project Manager and lead other architects and the offshore team. Liaise with the core banking users and advise on consuming the services.
