PTP (Ariba Guided Buying, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Management, Concur, Invoicing, OpenText Vendor Invoice Management VIM), 2. Order-To-Cash ? OTC (SAP master data management, PEGA) and 3. Record-To-Report (Banking, BCM)

• Analysis of business processes IT ecosystem/legacy landscape, new solutions to support decision-making & investments had to be implemented.
• External platforms & data sources had to be integrated into the existing & new serverless landscape (SAP S4 & legacy systems & Amazon AWS EC2, Lambda functions, SAP BTP)

• My tasks in this project were reviewing the customers' legacy landscape and supporting the selection of an entirely new supply chain platform
• As supply chain IT lead, I designed a new API target landscape, Digital Twin, for the supply chain across multiple functional domains
• The customer achieved a successful pitch process and finally selected the best software and provider
• Furthermore, I designed & integrated successful proof-of-concept interfaces, e.g., to freight forwarders & partners in the existing SAP ecosystem

• My tasks covered restructuring all API services in the SAP cloud platform, e.g., for microservice architecture
• Various cloud services (SCP, Azure, AWS)  had to be created and integrated within the existing ERP landscape
• The point-of-sale migration was the focus of this project
• Using their API endpoints for workflows (IDOC / XML), business data have been collected in data lakes and managed and consumed by various APIs and SAP systems (ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA 2020)

• Managing SAP development operations in the SAP Logistics ecosystem (EWM / TM) was an essential service I provided for this project
• I utilized numerous APIs & interfaces to integrate various third-party systems and applications in the customers' S4 landscape
• My role was reviewing blueprints to cover a business and a technical point of view
• Furthermore, I ensured the software quality standards & best practices of the SAP development team and hands-on development

This project's optimization of SAP ECC and ARIBA integration is the focus for a substantial retail customer. The customer required a performance analysis & optimization of a solution to enable real-time budget transfers between SAP and ARIBA. These key components allow the customer to use CIG using SAP ABAP & ARIBA Cloud solutions.

The customer required a SAP cloud environment. Therefore I prepared multiple S4 systems (1909 & 2020) for short term use. I managed the setup (Amazon AWS) utilizing the SAP Cloud Application Library (CAL) to setup and configured various of those managed cloud systems. This cost efficient landscape was temporarily required for product development (inhouse software) and various integration tests for logistics and master data systems.

• I focused on reviewing business blueprints and technical specifications and establishing a high-performance architecture within the customers' SAP ecosystem (ERP, EWM, FI/CO, MM, SD, LO/LE)
• In this role, I created enhancements, interfaces & integrations for 3rd party systems using SAPs latest S/4HANA & Cloud technology
• The successful integration of external output management systems with related API integrations into the S/4 has been a significant part

• My tasks covered architectural parts as well as the implementation of various SAP Cloud Platform apps & tools in the Master Data Governance (MDG) and Data Cleansing domain
• API development & integration of interfaces for different on-premise SAP systems into Cloud Platform for SAP DataHub within Cloud Foundry
• SAP Cloud Platform (SCP / CPI) using SAP Gateway w/ OData, RESTful API interfaces and programming languages like JAVA & SAP ABAP OO

• As development manager, I was responsible for a project and a team of >60 consultants as a functional and technical part of one of the largest SAP Retail S/4 migration and roll-outs
• My tasks covered know-how transfer (key user and developer training), agile project management, the solution architecture of various SAP systems, and the successful implementation of the transformation strategy
• I managed a S/4HANA upgrade and further analysis (Fit Gap) for the S4 migration in this project

• The strategic planning of business processes for spend management (Ariba Spend Visibility) was a significant part of my role
• Here I managed an SAP development team
• The total amount of analyzed spending was about $4.5 billion

• My responsibility was managing the system integration for an external 3M® software solution (KODIP®) in SAP FS-CM
• The business case for this tool was claims management in healthcare invoices
• I led the definition of business processes with the leadership team
• The roll-out was successfully done for +50.000 users and achieved annual savings of $17.5 Mio. for the customer

• I was responsible for the implementation of various procurement processes in SAP SRM
• The grade of automation of those processes included automated re-ordering of just-in-time parts
